This was a brief-lived indie supergroup featuring Mary Timony (Helium), Joan Wasser (Joan As Police Woman), Nathan Larson (Shudder To Think) and Kevin March (The Dambuilders). Apparently Jeff Buckley used to join them on bass sometimes on tour.
